To be considered for admission, kindly submit the following documents:

• Application for Admission
• Copy of Baptismal Certificate (Catholics Only)
• Copy of Birth Certificate 
• Immunization Record
• Copy of Custody Decree (if applicable)
• Copy of current report card including comments and the two
  previous academic years’ report cards (if applicable)
• Current standardized test scores plus the two previous years (if applicable)
• Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form
  (must be submitted prior to starting school)
• Fees:   $100 Registration Fee (per student) and $175 Book Fee (per student)
