Classroom Curriculum

Fifth grade is a transitional year between elementary and middle school.  In fifth grade we focus on preparing the students for the demands of 6th grade. As well as becoming academically ready, we concentrate on the importance of organizational skills and accountability. The students continue to gain more responsibility and independence. Although fifth grade may be considered a challenging year, it is an exciting year to be the “senior class” of the elementary wing.
